Our dedicated medical professionals, Dr. Daneeque Woolfolk, MD, FAAD, as well as our physician assistants Erin Russell, PA-C and Jamil Waters, PA-C offer complete dermatological care for skin, hair, and nail concerns. We are committed to excellence in skin care through diagnosis, effective treatment, and comprehensive education to achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful skin.
Daneeque Woolfolk, MD is a board-certified dermatologist from Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Oakwood College (now Oakwood University) with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies, and then attended Indiana University School of Medicine. She then completed a transitional internship at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital, and a dermatology residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX. During her third year in residency, Dr. Woolfolk served as an Administrative Chief Resident, and was responsible for scheduling and educational concerns for the other dermatology residents.
Dr. Woolfolk has an interest in general, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She sees patients from infants to adolescents to adults. Special interests in dermatology include acne, ethnic skin and pigmentation issues, psoriasis, and skin cancer. She also offers cosmetic treatments such as botox and dermal fillers (Juvederm). She is adept at surgical cases from simple cyst removal to more complex skin cancer excisions. She keeps abreast of the latest developments in the field of dermatology, and it is her goal that her patients receive the most effective, appropriate, and evidence-based care for their dermatological condition. She gives undivided and individualized attention to each patient, addressing each concern.
Dr. Woolfolk is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Texas Dermatological Society, the Texas Medical Association and the Dallas County Medical Society. She has been published in the Journal of Drugs in Dermatology.
In her spare time, Dr. Woolfolk enjoys running and spending time with friends and her family.

Erin L. Russell, PA-C, was born in New Iberia, LA. She graduated from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2006. Ms. Russell then earned her Master of Clinical Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011 at Barry University.
She volunteered at Belle Teche Nursing and Rehab Center in 2007, and worked as a medical scribe at Our Lady of the Lake Emergency Department in 2009. Ms. Russell joined the practice of Raymond C. Blackburn, M.D. in January-2013. Ms. Russell is a Physician Assistant specializing in treatment of skin diseases. Away from the office she enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, volunteering, and traveling.

Jamil Waters, MPAS, PA-C was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2012, and earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2017, from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
Ms. Waters completed her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX.) in 2012, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and minor in Africana Studies. She later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree in 2017, from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. Prior to attending PA school, she worked as a clinical researcher at UT Southwestern for three years. During PA school, she gained clinical rotation experience in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Surgery, Geriatrics, and Psychiatry. After obtaining her PA degree and license, she worked as a Family Medicine Physician Assistant in Fort Worth, Texas for nearly two years. She joined Blackburn Woolfolk Dermatology, PLLC in January 2020. Ms. Waters was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants in 2017, and is a proud member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants. She is passionate about the dermatological field and is excited to have achieved her dream of working as a Dermatology Physician Assistant, where she is specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various skin diseases.
Outside of work, Ms. Waters enjoys participating in community service activities, traveling, exercising, nature activities, brunching, painting, going to musical concerts, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Catherine Ndagui was born in Kenya, Africa and moved to the United States in 2003. She graduated from Anoka High School (Minnesota) in 2011. Catherine completed cosmetology school at Minnesota School of Cosmetology in 2018.
Additionally, Catherine earned her Laser Technician Certification in 2020. She joined our team in 2018 as a patient coordinator, where she is known for improving our overall patient experience.
As a medical aesthetician, Catherine provides skincare education, and counseling on medical grade cosmeceuticals. She offers skin rejuvenation through facials, Diamond Glow, SkinPen Microneedling, and Aerolase Neo.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, spending time with family and friends, and getting pampered.
