Dr. Adjei was born in Ghana, and is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington. She completed her Doctorate of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed her internship year at Ascension St. Vincent’s Hospital Indianapolis, Indiana. After her internship, she completed a rigorous 2-year dermatology clinical research fellowship in Houston, Texas, where she was a sub-investigator in over 40 clinical trials. Dr. Adjei completed her residency in Dermatology at Lake Granbury Medical Center Dermatology in Dallas, Texas and served as a co-chief resident. 

Dr. Adjei is a skilled dermatologist who is an attentive listener, and a thorough patient educator. She participates in shared decision making with her patients. Dr. Adjei specializes in medical and surgical dermatology.   

In her free time, Dr. Adjei enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also serves as a youth ministry leader and mentor in her church community.
